What is CrossFit?
Our program is designed for scalability and applies equally well to all individuals regardless of age or fitness level. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness and experience. With commitment and hard work you will achieve greater general fitness and a high degree of athleticism. We take an old-school approach emphasizing fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. You will learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a huge variety of high-intensity drills that combine cardio and strength challenges at the appropriate level for each person. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work
You’ll notice something different when you walk in our doors. We know each other’s names. We talk about our lives and consider each other as friends. We warm up together, sweat together, and improve our lives together. We want you to become a better you, and we hope that over time you’ll want to help other members become better too. Our gym is not typical. We have no machines, no treadmills, and no mirrors. We use barbells, rings, pull-up bars, dumbells, ropes and boxes all in an effort to improve your fitness the best way possible

Multi-level CrossFit Class
Join us for main class where we tackle the WOD (workout of the day). The workouts are constantly varied and can be manipulated down to the athletes abilities. Put your game face on let's get started!
Fundamentals
Never tried Crossfit? Then this is the class for you.The 9 fundamental movements of crossfit will give you a strong base which we will build on. From which one can use to transition into more advanced movements, including the more diverse and dynamic exercises like the snatch and clean & jerks. A slow pace class where we focus more on how to. Join us for the basics and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!
Open Gym
Join us for Open Gym, where you can test and refine your new found skills. Open gym is where you can pick your coaches brain and fine tune those weaknesses or simply catch up on some past workouts that you might have missed.
